The technology for producing hydroxy fuel (HHO) (on demand) to power vehicles exists right now. There is no need to produce hydrogen gas and sell it. This is unnecessarily dangerous. It can be produced by the vehicle, as needed, on demand in small quantities which pose no danger if accidentally ignited. The only difficulty is for the corporations, who would lose the ability to meter the fuel (tax the user). It would be freeing for the user, and the money lost by the large corporations would be money saved by the consumer/user.
