Cops ignore dying man due to policy restrictions

Due to procedures rules and regulations that some fat ass bureaucrat wrote sitting in his armchair inside his office , Cops in northern California watched a drowning man in the water for an hour and could not go to rescue him because of rules regulations and procedures they were just following the rules by the book ! people on uniform have become mindless drones without a shred of humanity they execute the orders but they cannot think for themselves ...people should wake up to the facts that procedures rules and regulations won't protect us , we do not need more procedures rules and regulations we need more common sense

What is a Sovereign Citizen aka freeman on the Land , can you claim your freeman status , apparently you can but according to me it all boils down to control , I do not think the controllers aka elite will let a bunch of their live-stocks aka citizens claim a freeman status , they made the rules they can change the rules any way they chose to , any man made laws and regulations have been made by someone to serve the interests of someone and are changeable at well ..the only laws that we should all abide to are the divine laws otherwise we will never get out of the sinkhole of slavery and control to one another

I agree that WW3 has started. I don't agree we are all dead. Most of us? Yes. All of us? No. Get above the 45th parallel and join a survivors community. Arm yourself and be ready to fight. I believe that the populated areas and mega cities are going under martial law( more so then they are now). FEMA is going to be running the new concentration camps but it won't last. The good citizens of the U.S.A will not slip away quietly into the night. WE WILL HAVE TO FIGHT TO SURVUVE. I'm just saying.
