Gerald Celente on the best countries to Expatriate to when the SHTF : there are not many safe heaven left says Gerald Celente but the places that I am looking at are Costa Rica which is still a good place , we are very concerned about other places in Latin America central America because with the time they could change very quickly , that's some of the best ones over there , Norway Sweden are pretty egalitarian places to live , New Zealand is a good one but they have a lot of earthquakes over there , Australia is down on our list , and Switzerland as well .....
