NDAA is Unconstitutional says Alex Jones

I think most people are still unaware that on January 1st , 2012 the NDAA became law. The National Defense Authorization Act, NDAA FY2012, Bill #1867, will allow the indefinite detention and torture of Americans. No rights to a lawyer, a judge or courts . Whats to keep the U.S.Government assassinating an American by calling him a Terrorist with No charges or Trial and completely disappearing,the Patriot Act and NDAA makes this possible,Americans gave up their Freedom for Security, I guess the terrorists won the war we lose our rights and freedoms to feel "secure" . Then you fall into the trap that most Americans are in. Republicans vs Democrats , Several Democrats were also co-sponsors of the bill. Both party's came out in support of this bill. Obama said publicly he thought the bill was a little too much, but he still signed it as soon as he got it. We must get a Honest Man in office or we can kiss the USA goodbye! You asked for CHANGE.
